Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Purchasing Manager in Irvine, CA!

Direct Hire Opportunity with a Salary Range of $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and qualify vendor terms and agreements
• Source suppliers and quote contract requirements and specifications
• Create purchase orders using MTS and MPS
• Assist Marketing and Sales departments with current market pricing and estimates
• Keep record of delivery dates, ETAs
• Communicate with vendors regarding timely delivery and expediting requests

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience with electronics supply chain and procurement
• Experience in vendor management and purchasing of electronics equipment, PCBs, and mechanical parts for commercial, industrial, and military applications
• Negotiation skills and knowledge of APIC inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication via email, phone, and collaboration within the team
