Job Description

Administrative Coordinator $22-$24/hr

Temp to hire

Located in the DTC Area

Summary:

  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to support efficient operation within the organization
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors/community managers through effective communication and outreach efforts
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to resolve issues and address concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, contracts, and correspondence for reference and audit purposes
  • Gather information and upload into database
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering processes, ensuring adequate supplies and timely delivery
  • Support administrative team members with various tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events.

Looking For:

  • 2 years in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Data entry skills
