Job Description

We are searching for an Auto Warranty Claims analyst for a client in Orange County, CA

The role is a 3-6 month contract role and onsite. Hours will be 8-5; $28-$35/hr DOE

· Take primary ownership of the Auto Dealer Warranty Claim Operations with regards to review, analysis and reporting.

· Build, review, improve and update all claim data and build quantitative measures to maximize performance analytics.

· Create weekly/monthly warranty reports.

· Monitor auto dealer warranty activity to assure compliance.

Key Performance Indicators:

· Build, maintain, update and improve claim database for optimized Dealer warranty claim analysis.

· Review all warranty claims and generate status reports, communicate with management and suppliers on all warranty claims for equitable resolution & claim cost recovery.

· Attend kick-off meetings with various departments and provide Warranty analysis as needed.

· Coordinate warranty settlements and payments.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors is required, preferably in Finance, Statistics

Experience Requirements:

· 4-6 years' experience in cost control and warranty analysis experience preferably in automobile industry

· Preferred knowledge of automotive warranty system and risk management in manufacturing, dealer environment, claims processing.

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret warranty reports.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and SQL
