Office, Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Manufacturing/Production
This is a brand-new position to help alleviate the workload of the Customer Experience Team that handles wholesale order processing. The main goal of this position is to be the first line of defense in the office to truly allow all team members to focus on their main duties.
- Main responsibilities are to answer & direct phone calls
- Answer basic questions regarding
products, information about the company, pricing, etc. so the Customer
Experience Team can truly focus on order processing
- 1st point of contact for all customer
interaction- must have customer focus mindset consistently
- If you are unable to answer the question
for the customer, figure out who the call needs to go to and transfer
