Job Description

Growing company is seeking a Customer Services Representatives to join great team! This is a temp to hire position paying $14-15hr DOE. Looking for someone that is available to interview and start immediately.

Duties include;

  • Aswering phones and email client communication
  • Assist clients with billing quesitons and concerns
  • Walk through customer bill and explain items
  • Process orders and fufill customer needs while provide excelle customer service
  • Update client files in CRM database
  • Quote pricing to client for service and make recommendations based on needs

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, administration, or sales positions
- Comfortable taking a high number of calls daily and assist customers
- Able to multitask and work efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus!
