Job Description

Our client in San Marcos, CA is looking to expand their team with a temp to hire department assistant. This is a fantastic role to join a fast-growing manufacturing company that offers great advancement in the future.

DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT

· Answer phones

· Communicate via phone and email with vendors, brokers, and customers

· Quick learner, adept to change needs, team oriented, personable, reliable

· Process documents for various departments, update inventory, heavy data entry

· Assist all departments with various projects

· Filing, ship samples to customers

· Proficient with Microsoft Suite

· Multitask and keep track of all tasks

· Liaison with multiple departments regarding deadlines and level of importance
