Ultimate Staffing is seeking a corporate Customer Service Specialist for a fast growing Tech start-up in Irvine, CA! This position is open due to business growth and it is a Temp-To-Hire opportunity!
**We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).**
Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employee after 4 months)
Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role:
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be the main point of contact for customer communication via phone, email and online chat support. Additionally, you will be performing administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, placing work orders, account management, and processing invoices.
