Title: Patient Order Coordinator
Hours: Mon-Friday 8:30-4:30
Location: Minneapolis MN.
Pay Rate: 24.00/hr.

Overview: As the Patient Order Coordinator, you'll manage patient-related paperwork for our sales team. This involves handling incoming faxes, referrals, and entering data accurately. Your role ensures orders meet service standards and insurance rules. You'll also assist our Reimbursement Benefit team by confirming patient DME coverage, including using payer portals and contacting payers when needed.
