WORK NEXT WEEK: COME TEMP WITH US- Could turn into temp-hire
THIS IS AN IN OFFICE ROLE: THE SCHEDULE IS MON-FRI 11:00 AM-3:00 PM

Temp Receptionists needed. This role is located in Irvine The qualified candidate will provide temporary Reception and administrative support to different departments. Positions will be responsible for answering phones, interfacing with employees, tenants and vendors, entering and processing invoices, processing bi-weekly electronic time cards, maintain purchase orders and preparing weekly reports. Must have a minimum of 2 years proven reception or administrative skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.



Long term and short term TEMP roles
Must have MS Office experience
