Job Description

  • Enter customer purchase orders into multiple databases and Excel
  • Provide product totals and quotes to vendors
  • Revise orders as needed (apply promotional pricing/discounts)
  • Process returns and/or exchanges online and over the phone
  • Enter information into customer portals
  • Processing of credit and debit memos
  • Entering information into computer programs and databases
  • Maintain file documentation
  • $16-$18/hr depending on experience!
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Requirements

-Must have order entry or customer service experience to be considered!
-Must be able to type at least 40 WPM!
