Office, Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Manufacturing/Production
Receives incoming equipment, parts, accessories, and materials
Completes all paperwork, forms, and data entry necessary to receive, ship or inventory, parts, accessories and equipment
Inspects and examines all incoming end of rentals and equipment purchases verifying all items are received and are in good condition
If equipment is damaged, report to Lab Manager immediately
Customer needs to be notified via email template
Creates accessory kits & accessory kit reference sheets for incoming items
Verifies ship to address, delivery dates, and freight account information is accurate
Creates shipping labels in UPS, FedEx, DHL and other online shipping software systems
Fulfills orders (building crates/boxes, processing shipping documentation, schedule pickups) within 30 minutes
Assists in putaways and arranging stock parts in specified areas and helping with cycle counts
Other duties as assigned
