Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for our client. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

  • 100% on site in Hanover, Maryland
  • Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • $18 to $21 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Coordination and Scheduling:

  • Manage and coordinate service appointments and schedules for technicians.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to schedule service calls and appointments.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, appointments, and completed tasks.
  • Prepare and organize service-related documentation and reports.

Customer Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the service department, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on services and addressing concerns.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of service proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless coordination and efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
