Our firm is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area! This HR role plays an essential part within the organization, and is responsible for providing support to the Human Resource department and general administrative tasks.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
*Processing new hire paperwork and running background checks.
*Putting together onboarding paperwork for multiple sites and distributing them to the relevant departments.
*Monitor and tracking the onboarding process.
*All aspects from re-writing job descriptions, placing ads on paper, supporting sourcing for positions.
*Supporting human resources with calculating bonuses and commissions
To be considered for this role the following qualifications are required:
*Strong Excel skills
*Two years of experience with human resources or with recruiting
*Strong administrative skills
*Ability to pay attention to detail and enter data accurately
*Strong written and verbal skills to communicate professionally with a diverse group of people
*High school diploma or equivalent
