As a Front Desk Receptionist/ Office Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service as the face of one of our prominent clients! Additional responsibilities include:
* Answering inquiries and providing information to the general public, customers, and visitors
* Operating a multi-line phone system; screening and forwarding phones to the appropriate party, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments for the caller
* Greeting guests, determining nature and purpose of visit, and directing or escorting them to specific locations
* Performing administrative tasks

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role with heavy phone/ multi-line experience
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
