Job Description

We are working with a great company in Newbury Park! They are expanding and seeking Customer Service Representatives on a temp to hire basis, paying $14-$16/hr.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Taking a large number of customer calls
  • Resolving customer issues, questions, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Data Entry
  • Work on special projects as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- 1 years previous customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines
- Works great with a team and individually under minimal supervision
- Able to learn new things quickly
- Must be flexible to work weekends
