We are currently looking for a sharp and motivated professional to join one of our largest clients. This professional must have a Bachelor's degree and strong administrative support experience.

You will be the "face of the company". You will be the go-to person for the entire office.

This role provides administrative support to multiple individuals, supporting a office of 100 employees.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, phone coverage, travel arrangements for 8 senior level personnel, compiling and maintaining confidential data and departmental record-keeping and filing systems. 

Maintains multiple high executive calendars and their scheduling.

Responsible for preparation of correspondence (to include written and electronic) and necessary documents for action, mailing or distribution as required to both internal/external constituencies. 

Develops relationships and serves as liaison between Executive and members from other departments, Sr. Management team and the community. 

 Additional clerical functions covering a wide range of departmental operations. 

Acts promptly to address concerns and triages requests and problems through the appropriate channels. 

Assists in the coordination and implementation of special events, meetings and training. 


This professional must have a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of administrative support experience.

Job Requirements

Filing, Distribution and upload documentation and letters.
Comfortable reporting to senior level management.
Data entry required with heavy excel and power point presentation knowledge
Scheduling internal meetings with leadership and other senior group.
Interview candidates, preparing agendas and arranging meetings.
Will perform administrative duties for management level staff.
Responsibilities will also include screening calls, processing paperwork & Memos, booking travel arrangements.
Comfortable with presentation work and coordination of special projects.
Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines.
Excellent computer skills.
Editing knowledge and proofreading skills needed.
