Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team and assist in order processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and processing orders into our database system, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.


  1. Accurately enter and process orders into the company's database system.
  2. Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, pricing, and customer shipping details.
  3. Communicate with customers or internal teams to clarify any discrepancies or missing information in orders.
  4. Maintain and update order records, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  5. Assist in resolving any issues or errors related to order processing.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  7. Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  8. Generate reports and provide data analysis related to order processing metrics as needed.
  9. Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in an order processing environment.
  3. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  9. Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus.
  10. Basic understanding of sales and logistics processes is desirable.
