Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Conduct orientations and explain benefits to new employees
  • Manage all changes in employee status using HRIS.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the HR department
  • Oversee pre-hire activities across departments
  • Prepare documentation for interviews, orientations, and employee files
  • Handle employment verifications
  • Maintain HR-related web pages
  • Update reports and analyze data for HR leadership
  • Organize and retain HR records while ensuring compliance
  • Understand and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to information security and privacy policies


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of HR or administrative experience desired
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll, or ATS systems
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in employee relations and managing sensitive situations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handling of confidential information experience required

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday during standard business hours
  • Location: In Office
  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
