Job Description

  • Data entry, filing/scanning, processing payments 
  • Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls
  • Managing a front desk, mail distribution, and assisting with special project
  • Editing documents and acting as a gatekeeper when necessary
  • Must be articulate, be able to work in a fast paced environt & strong typing and writing skills
  • Temp-to-hire, $15-$17/hr, Galleria area
