Job Description

  • Temp-to-hire payroll manager opening in 77024
  • VERY STRONG Excel and Pivot tables experience is required
  • Experience in overseeing the submission of bi-weekly/monthly payroll
  • Administrative support to company wide HR functions
  • Ensures management provides appropriate records and information for personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations
  • Assist associates with benefits enrollment during open enrollment, new hire sign-up, and when associates have life changing events
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate input of information, as it pertains to payroll administration and benefits enrollment and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction
  • MUST be comfortable with acting as a backup administrative assistant for the upcoming months
