Assist with the onboarding process of all new-hire which includes: running background checks and drug testing, I9 & e-verify new-hires, maintain orientation packets, process new-hire paperwork and enter into the HRIS system, etc
HRIS data management which includes but is not limited to new hire paperwork, terminations, employee address changes, benefits enrollment, etc.
Maintain, organize, and keep accurate employee files
Manage Leave of Absences for all locations
Handle all general human resources questions from employees which includes benefits, payroll inquiries, verification of employment/reference checks, employee relations, etc
Assisting with department invoices
Starting salary range: $45-50K

1-2 years of experience in human resources
Recruiting experience is a PLUS
Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
