Job Description

Customer Service Representative


  • Coordinate service appointments using CRM systems and scripted guidelines.
  • Manage approximately 150 daily inbound and outbound calls.
  • Record and confirm accurate customer information for dispatch.
  • Promote additional services and special promotions.
  • Resolve customer concerns, keeping them informed of updates promptly.
  • Schedule appointments based on urgency and customer availability.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold service quality and contribute to team objectives.


  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking ability.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $20-22 per hour.
    • Work Schedules: Two shifts available
    • 7/7:30am-3/3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
    • 8/8:30am-4/4:30pm, Mon-Fri.
  • Location: 100% Onsite at the Saint Paul office.
