We are currently looking for a Construction Administrator for a great client in the Santa Fe Springs area. The ideal Construction Administrator must have experience supporting project process, experience in construction, and working with customers. This candidate will be assisting Project managers with estimating projects, acquiring design drawings, following up with customers, handling project documents, and ensuring that projects are within budget. They would also be serving as the point of contact for sales, clients, general contractors, architects, internal departments, etc. This person should have strong computer and communication skills. Bachelors Degree is also preferred. Please contact Mr. Haley Cawelti for more information and the pay is up to $21 an hour based on experience.

Job Requirements

Assisting sales Account Managers with estimating projects, acquiring design drawings, closing sales, and ensuring that projects are within budget.

Preparing detailed files for each project and maintaining accurate up to date records in our computer data base.

Overseeing projects from inception to post installation.

Serving as the point of contact for sales, clients, general contractors, architects, internal departments, etc.

Conducting pre-production meetings with Design and Engineering teams.

Communicating and conducting meetings with clients both via telephone and in-person.

Maintaining relationships with existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and develop new business.

Successfully managing accounts/projects.

Coordinating installations and delivery dates.

Ensuring that post-installation issues are fulfilled in a timely manner.
