Job Description

Position Title: Office Assistant

Be a key member of a smaller office team and help process invoices, proof sales reports, and provide general office/administrative support!

Job Duties:

  • Greet walk-ins and answer incoming calls - (10-15 per shift)
  • Make copies of invoices and correspondence
  • Communicate with customers to answer general questions, explain information, set appointments etc.
  • File documents, organize files and contracts, general proofing of contracts
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as requested by supervisors


  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
  • Professional phone skills
  • Any prior experience working within Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Clear communicator with good follow-through and patience

Additional Information

  • Pay range: $20-$24.50/hr + Benefits
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Location: 100% in office
  • Type: Full Time - Golden Valley, MN
