Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team and contribute to the effective functioning of our HR department. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and policy implementation. The Human Resources Specialist plays a key role in maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.


  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and assist in policy development.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
  • Compliance:
    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS.


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
