Customer Support Specialist

Salary: $22.00 /hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Settlements Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of various settlements processes. Key Responsibilities:

· Handle a high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in settlements.

· Must be able to work effectively with customers that might be aggravated or unhappy.

· Investigate and provide responses to claimant inquiries.

· Accurately transcribe phone call information into our database.

· Assist in troubleshooting data irregularities.

· Conduct callbacks to individuals who have left voicemails.

· Maintain a high level of accuracy while effectively resolving calls.

· Transfer data from hard copy documents to digital databases.

· Provide support with invoicing tasks as required.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Successful completion of a background check before starting.

· Must have excellent attendance and show a willingness to learn and catch on quickly.

· Candidates should exhibit dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
