Job Description


* Be the first point of contact for visitors, managing the front desk with professionalism.

* Provide administrative support across various business areas and assist with special projects.

* Coordinate office events and support Accounting, Production, and Marketing functions.

* Manage office supplies, common areas, and equipment maintenance.

* Aid HR in candidate and new hire support, and handle onboarding processes.

* Process invoices and assist in onboarding/termination for agency temps and contractors.


* 2-4 years of office experience.

* Associate's Degree preferred.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Strong work ethic, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Info:

* Pay: $24-26/hr

* Location: 100% in office in Bloomington, MN

* Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM

* Type: Temp-to-hire
