Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Input customer purchase orders into the ERP system daily, ensuring completion before the 3:00 pm cutoff. This encompasses various order types such as blank, retail, ecommerce, and decoration orders.
  • Identify and communicate any missing order information to customers, escalating issues to a sales team member when necessary.
  • Conduct error checks by comparing all purchase orders to the original order before transmitting them to the warehouse.
  • Allocate products and generate pick tickets for the warehouse immediately upon order entry.
  • Manage backorders by assigning them to future shipments and processing them upon the arrival of new inventory.
  • Monitor pending orders throughout the day, ensuring prompt communication to obtain necessary information.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries related to orders within a maximum of 2 hours.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings, contributing to issue resolution and prioritization.
  • Ensure that invoicing and order information are accurately maintained on ecommerce platforms.
  • Report any issues encountered on ecommerce platforms to the IT department.
  • Notify appropriate ecommerce contacts of out-of-stock items and inventory issues at the time of order entry.
  • Perform ongoing updates to customer data within the ERP system.
  • Communicate any warehouse transfer requirements for large-scale projects as needed.
  • Complete administrative and data entry projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong preference for experience in the Promotional Products and/or Apparel industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to proactively multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone and through email.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of quickly learning ERP software.
  • Self-motivated with high energy, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Strong team player mentality.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $20-23/hr.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
  • Location: 100% in-office
  • Type: Direct Hire
