Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative that has a passion for connecting with prospects, understanding business challenges, and most importantly, figuring out how these problems can be solved leveraging our clients' unique solutions. The Sales Representative uses excellent skills to ensure they fully understand our future customer's business. Connecting with commercial awareness to create a bigger picture; therefore, allowing them to highlight the specific benefits and features of the client's software. 

Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour 

Job Description:

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly quotas for pipeline and revenue
  • Make 100 - 150 cold calls a day
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Provide thoughtful, insightful, and professional market summaries that reflect market feedback to develop future strategy and process
  • Maintain minimum metrics for the role
  • Understand the changing business and technology needs that our potential clients face
  • Stay up to date on and knowledgeable of technology trends
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the brand

Job Requirements

1 year of Inside sales or high-volume in/outbound sales experience (preferred)
Competitive and Driven Attitude
Effective sales skills and the ability to consistently apply those skills to achieve quotas and goals
Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to grasp multiple offerings from different clients and multi-task among them
Excellent time management and organizational skills
