Job Description

  • Assisting the HR Team with day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and administrative training as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation for new hires and terminations by preparing paperwork, completing checklists, updating employee files, and ensuring training is up to date.
  • Maintain human resource information system (HRIS), which may include managing new hire paperwork and uploading documents to employee files.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as company meetings, employee recognition events and more.
  • Managing and maintaining various employee surveys.
  • Backup to the receptionist for breaks and vacations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
