Seeking a Customer Service Manager for an industry leading, women-owned company in Eagan. This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is 100% in office with situational flexibility; they are looking to hire someone who enjoys working onsite 5 days a week and who can foster a collaborative + supportive customer service team culture. The salary range is $70-80K annually with an annual bonus!

* Lead and manage the Customer Experience team (bewtween 5 to 7 direct reports), including daily huddles, weekly meetings, and quarterly conversations.

* Foster accountability by establishing clear goals, metrics, and expectations, and regularly communicating them to the team.

* Provide guidance on daily tasks and department priorities, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

* Engage in constructive and timely conversations to address issues and provide feedback.

* Develop and review metrics to assess order entry accuracy and customer service performance, implementing action plans and process improvements as needed.

* Define a comprehensive customer journey and establish standards for all customer touchpoints.

* Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

* Utilize various tools to measure customer satisfaction across all channels.

* Investigate and propose long-term solutions for customer service challenges.

* Collaborate with the leadership team to execute company goals and strategic plans.

* Work with IT to enhance technology that improves the customer experience.

* Manage CRM administration and ensure the accuracy of customer data.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to support revenue goals and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

* Partner with the warehouse/fulfillment team to enable same-day order processing.

* Work with Sales and Marketing to develop tools and messaging to enhance the customer experience journey.

* Prepare quarterly reports and business reviews for key customers and the sales team.

* Ensure accuracy and smooth flow of data in all e-commerce and industry portal connections.

* Continuously expand knowledge of promotional products and apparel industries.
