Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team at Wealth Management. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the Wealth Advisor will deliver a positive client experience while helping to uncover the financial needs of prospective clients. This role will focus on creating value for our members and increasing our reach to more households within our membership base.

Essential Functions:

- Follow up on appointment leads
- Call clients and prospects to make appointments for the Wealth Advisor
- Prepare ongoing reports for client reviews, prospect appointments, and Wealth Advisor call or activity lists
- Support the Wealth Advisor with branch meetings and training initiatives
- Prospect for clients within defined markets
- Perform administrative duties for Wealth Advisor
- Follow up with attendees and RSVPs from events
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Train, develop, and educate staff on identifying referral opportunities
- Listen effectively and empathetically to clients and staff
- Work closely with other administrative personnel to build the program
- Meet objectively measured goals or activities
- Perform sales related activity including making suitable investment recommendations
- Provide monthly reporting on referrals and program success
- Perform client services activities when other assistants are out

Knowledge and Skills:
- Required FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65/66; CFP preferred
- Minimum 3 years working in an advisory role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial industry
- Prior knowledge and use of financial planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accurate work product
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- High level of interpersonal skills
