Job Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, candidates, and clients, managing the front desk and reception area professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized reception space.
  • Assist in planning and executing office events including birthday and anniversary celebrations, the Annual Community Giving Campaign, and other fundraising activities.
  • Support Accounting, Production, and Marketing departments with tasks such as managing shipments, mailings, and tracking materials.
  • Manage office supply inventory, including purchasing, tracking, and coordinating materials through vendors with the Marketing team.
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure quality and cost-effective supplies, and maintain office and break room equipment.
  • Aid the Human Resources team by compiling materials for candidates and new hires, assisting with the onboarding process, and maintaining organizational charts.
  • Process invoices accurately and assist with mailing out checks in collaboration with the Accounting department.

Requirements:

  • 2 + years of previous office experience required.
  • Must have an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree is highly preferred (for internal promotions)
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office programs

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $24-26/hr
  • Location: 100% in office
  • Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
  • Type: Contract to hire anytime after 90 workings days
