Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9:00-5:30 or 9:30-6:00 based on business needs

Compensation: 18.00 20.00 (Monday-Friday)

Location: Chanhassen MN in office

About the Position:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an Immediate Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy. You will also review incoming correspondence and provide timely responses. Additionally, for selecting programs, you'll have the opportunity to boost sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. This position requires proficiency in various software platforms and programs, including Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests promptly.
  • Ensure accurate processing of correspondence and return mail within established standards.
  • Maintain detailed client correspondence logs.
  • Handle conversions for insurance programs, manual loan entries, policy value calculations, and surrenders.
  • Scan documents into the Operating and Workflow systems.
  • Adhere to campaign-specific business rules and compliance standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks and microfiche retrieval.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma with three to four years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Previous experience with Teams and Outlook is preferred.
  • Ability to establish trust, respect, and confidence with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance record is a must.
  • Successful completion of a background check before starting.
