Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage projects and work orders from setup to invoicing.
Schedule technicians for project work
Enforce partners with scopes and budgets
Propose and implement departmental improvement ideas.
Generate status update reports


High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of project coordination or service coordination experience required
Construction industry experience is a plus!
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required

Additional Info:

Pay range: $50,000 to $60,000 + BONUS
Schedule: M-F, flexible hours (must hit the 40 hours/week)
