We are currently searching for a Customer Service/Dispatcher for a growing client near our branch. The ideal Customer Service/Dispatcher must be proficient with all order entry functions, be detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast paced setting. The Customer Service/Dispatcher should also be proficient with managing accounts, dispatching, and have knowledge of computer systems, and handling customers with a high level of customer service. -Must have 2+ years in customer service call center/dispatching positions
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) including proficiency
-Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication, have the ability to multi-task, and solve difficult problems, and be dedicated to your job to be successful
-Have the ability to work with customers in all situations and experience with CRM systems is helpful(Sales Force, etc.)
-Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
-Degreed candidates preferred
