Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock quantities
  • Establish new inventory items, determine stocking thresholds, and establish connections between related items
  • Generate restocking reports utilizing vendor management software
  • Execute purchasing tasks such as creating purchase orders, submitting orders, and managing receipts
  • Follow up on orders including tracking shipments, managing price adjustments, and requesting invoices from vendors
  • Work closely with management to forecast inventory needs
  • Utilize expertise to evaluate situations and explore alternative solutions
  • Rectify purchasing-related errors and discrepancies
  • Handle returns, warranty exchanges, and orders
  • Manage office supplies inventory
  • Fulfill orders for toner and other supplies
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Provide necessary documentation to vendors
  • Offer support to dispatch and sales admin teams when needed
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize files


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Industry knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $48-52k/yr.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
  • Location: 100% in-office
  • Type: Direct Hire
