Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Responsibilities:

Seeking a Compensation and Benefits Administrator with PeopleOps expertise, preferably Workday. Manage labor law compliance, Workday ticketing, billing, and precise data entry for COBRA and other systems.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure timely labor law updates and accurate display of posters across locations.
  • Fulfill Sharepoint report update requests for internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for Workday ticketing, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Oversee billing for compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy.
  • Execute detailed data entry for COBRA and other systems.

Requirements:

  • PeopleOps systems experience, preferably Workday.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance and Sharepoint proficiency.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Billing experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of PeopleOps compensation and benefits administration experience.

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $25-30 per hour (2-3 years experience).
  • Schedule: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm (flexible).
  • Location: Eagan, MN
  • Type: Temp-to-Hire.
