Job Description


  • Efficiently manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the executive office.
