We are seeking an entry-level, solution-oriented, Level I IT Support Rep who is passionate about providing technical support to customers and vendors! Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9PM-6AM.
-Degree in IT or other related technical field preferred but not required
-1-2 years of experience providing technical support to customers/vendors. -Individuals who are technically proficient with exceptional attention to detail also encouraged to apply- We are willing to train
- Individuals who have a A+ or Network+ certification are highly encouraged to apply
