Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regularly interact with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Accurately input all patient information into the system, generate delivery paperwork for sales, rental, and service orders, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, funding sources, and company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and uphold a thorough understanding of the specific requirements of contracted providers.
  • Manage patient files in accordance with company policy and perform other necessary tasks as required.
  • Foster and maintain a strong relationship with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Adhere strictly to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance rules and regulations preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of payor guidelines.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational proficiency.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
  • Previous experience in durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $22-$24/hour
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm
  • Location: 100% In-Office
