PLC Administrative Support Role

Responsibilities to Include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and overall quality customer service.
  • Answer the telephone greeting the customer with a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor.
  • Compile information of the customer needs for their potential project and record onto lead log.
  • Distribute the customer project request to the design team utilizing LMN software.
  • Follow up with the design team once the project information is distributed to assist in any additional information they may need.
  • Once project is sold, create work order and distribute to Production Manager and Designer - record onto work order spreadsheet.
  • Create and maintain client files.
  • Once the project is completed and billed by the Office Manager, record the actuals into LMN, either close out or create back order.
  • Distribute back orders to Production Manager and Designer.
  • Log maintenance costs onto the appropriate spreadsheet.
  • Log cross billing onto the designated spreadsheet.
  • Maintain, order and organize office supplies, uniforms and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Daily post office run to include PLC post box and Robert Carter post box.
  • Assist in coordination and organization of company sponsored events.
  • Complete and submit renewal applications for various company and employee licenses.
  • Banking run as needed.
  • General office support to Office Manager and Production Manager.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Advanced Word, Excel and Email experience. (QuickBooks is not required but desirable)
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers' license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively at a high pace.
  • Spanish a plus, bilingual even better!
