Job Description

Patient Support Rep $22/hr

Direct hire w/benefits

Fully in office - Flexible start times


Assist customers with understanding how to use their device.

* Conduct troubleshooting for common patient issues.
* Answer questions regarding product. Inbound/outbound calls.
* Explain bills including charges, insurance allowable, and payments.
* Take payments by phone

* Educate patients on the value of their device.
* Find a payment plan for customers.
* Negotiate pricing for equipment with patients as needed.


  • 2 years experience in a call center or handling phones
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Adaptable and Team player
  • MS Office Suite
