Senior HR Manager - Perm/Direct Hire

Location: Woburn, MA (100% onsite)

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience


  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of key HR initiatives to support the company's vision and business objectives
  • Provide guidance to employees on company policies, values, benefits, compensation, and salary to ensure consistent implementation across the organization
  • Diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans to address them effectively
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Oversee all aspects of Human Resource Management, including employee relations, labor relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives to support organizational success
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps, and develop targeted programs to address them
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the organization has access to suitable talent for future growth


  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources including Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Prior experience working with manufacturing and/or STEM required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce NOW is required, and Greenhouse ATS is preferred
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certifications preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment laws at the state and federal levels
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent greater work experience
