Job Description

Join our team as a Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company. This role involves handling phone calls, assisting visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Pay rate: $17-20/hr.


  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail handling and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area


  • Excelle1nt communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
