Job Description

The Supervisor of Accessory Supply will ensure parts availability to support OEM requirements. The position is a Temp to Hire role offered through Ultimate Staffing. The role is onsite in Fountain Valley, CA at $40/hr+ DOE.

  • Must have strong communication to ensure the accessories are effectively planned for, ordered, and inventory is well maintained.
  • Must be customer centric and have a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, great follow up, and strong critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accessory forecasting & planning to order and maintain necessary inventory levels to meet business requirements
  • Create & implement tools to meet business requirements and support staff in daily/weekly/monthly planning activities
  • Monitor planning analyst activities & oversee that forecasting, order release and inventory management are at a level to support the growing needs of customers
  • Expedite deliveries from vendor to DC, DC to Port, and support additional requirements as needed such as expedited delivery of samples for OEM press events
  • Port inventory management & auditing with all stakeholders to ensure accuracy
  • High competency and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong results orientation with proven success working in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of applicable work experience is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience
