Job Description


* Efficiently process customer orders, inquiries, and shipments.

* Collaborate with Sales Team, Suppliers, and Dealers to prioritize customer needs.

* Handle communication with customers, including shipping inquiries and order status.

* Become a product expert for exceptional customer service.

* Coordinate travel arrangements and trade show logistics.

* Maintain the Master Customer List, order supplies, and manage surveys.


* 1-3+ years of B2B Customer Service/Sales Assistant experience.

* Associates Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience (Preferred).

* Invoicing experience is essential.

* Familiarity with Sage or QuickBooks (Preferred).

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Additional Info:

* Pay Range: $50-60K

* Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri (Summer hours: off at 3:00 pm on Fridays).

* Location: 100% in-office in St. Louis Park, MN

* Type: Direct hire with full benefits
