Job Description

Day to day duties:
-Answering phones and emails from current customers
-Assisting with documentation, updates to pricing, filling out any paperwork

Need to have:
Good customer service skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
Must have good writing skills
