Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Texas. This full-time, onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to support project operations, billing, and administrative processes within a fast-paced electrical services environment. Target Salary $50,500 flexible DOE

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage work orders, client records, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and process billing (lump-sum & T&M) with required supporting documents.
  • Coordinate permits, contracts, and project files.
  • Track project progress, reporting, and forecasting in Excel.
  • Support accounts receivable tracking and collections.
  • Provide administrative, onboarding, and estimating support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with project-based systems a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
