Job Description

Our client in Nashua, NH is currently seeking a Utility/Production Operator for their 3rd shift team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality finished products. You'll play a key role in the bonding and sanding process, ensuring parts meet production and quality standards.

Schedule:

  • Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Pay: $20.70 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Perform bonding and sanding operations on parts to meet specifications
  • Prepare surfaces and materials for bonding processes
  • Use hand tools and equipment to sand, smooth, and finish components
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Stage completed work for the next step in production
  • Keep accurate production counts and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Report any safety concerns or equipment issues
  • Support other production tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing, sanding, finishing, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to work with hand tools and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Must pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
