Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their client's dynamic team in Colorado. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth front office operations and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, reflecting the professionalism and friendliness of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and directing visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Managing the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
  • Supporting various departments with clerical duties.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; On-site
